Overview
💎Vale is the Windtalker from the Wind Fort. His story is famously linked to Valir (the fire mage). They were childhood friends who made a ten-year pact to meet and settle the rivalry between wind and fire. While Valir represents destructive, chaotic flames, Vale represents the elegant but deadly precision of the storm. 💎Hide in a bush, land your knock-up, and delete anyone who walks by.
Strengths
💎Instant Burst: Can "one-shot" squishy heroes (Marksmen/Mages). 💎High Mobility: Passive makes him hard to chase in late game. 💎Teamfight King: Huge AoE (Area of Effect) damage.
Weaknesses
💎Squishy: Very low HP; easily killed if caught. 💎No Escape: Has no dash or blink skill (reliant on Flicker). 💎Skill Shot Dependent: If you miss your Skill 2, your combo fails.
One-shot burst
💎The "Speed" Factor: Between Blood Wings, your Arcane Boots, and your Passive, Vale becomes nearly impossible to catch on the map. 💎Late-Game Scaling: Holy Crystal and Divine Glaive ensure that even if the game goes past 15 minutes, you can still one-shot the enemy Marksman.
Custom Mage Emblem
💎Maximum Rotation: Vale is a "roaming" mage. Agility allows you to zip between Mid Lane and Gold Lane to help your teammates, get an assist, and trigger your passive faster. 💎Early Game Lead: Bargain Hunter is vital because Vale is relatively weak until he gets his first two core items. Getting them 5% cheaper can mean the difference between winning or losing the first Turtle fight. 💎The "Burn" Finish: Sometimes an enemy survives your ultimate with 5% HP. Lethal Ignition acts like a mini-Flameshot, automatically striking them with extra damage to ensure they don't walk away
Battle Spell
💎Ult-flicker: You can cast your Ultimate and then immediately Flicker to reposition yourself while the animation is playing. This helps you stay safe while your "storm" is doing the work.
The Storm Bringer
Early Phase: Poking & Fast Clearing Skill Priority: Unlock Skill 1 at Level 1 for faster wave clearing. Laning Precautions: * Stay in the bush to hide your position; this makes it easier to aim your Skill 1 and avoid early ganks. Since you have high mana usage early, buy one or two Magic Necklaces alongside your boots. Prioritize clearing your lane within the first 4 minutes before rotating to help Gold or EXP lanes. Jungler Support: Help your jungler protect their buffs from early invasions, as Mid Lane control creates space for your team to move freely. Mid Phase: The Ambush King Rotation: Use your Passive (Windtalk) movement speed stacks to rotate quickly between lanes and participate in team fights to gain even more stacks. Team Fight Strategy: * Always position yourself behind your front line (Tanks/Fighters). Use Skill 2 (Knock-up) as your primary setup tool; try to angle it to hit multiple enemies at once. Don't rush your Ultimate. Wait until enemies are grouped together or locked down by your tank's CC before dropping it for maximum impact. Late Phase: Precise Bursting Positioning: At this stage, you are extremely fragile. Stay near your tank and be aware of Assassins (like Hayabusa or Ling) who can dive and burst you down before you react. Objective Contest: Fight in narrow areas or choke points where your whirlwind and ultimate can cover more ground and trap opponents easily. Lethal Combo: Use the Skill 2 (CC) \rightarrow Ultimate \rightarrow Skill 1 sequence to instantly eliminate high-priority targets like the enemy Marksman or Mage.
Best With Atlas
Wombo Combo When Atlas uses Fatal Bonds, he pull the entire enemy team into a tight circle. This is Vale's perfect moment to drop his full combo.
Watch Out For Kadita
She is Vale's biggest nightmare. She can immune his knock-up with her first skill, heal through his poke with her passive, and dive him instantly.
