Overview
Eudora is a high-burst AoE mage specializing in pick-offs and teamfight disruption. The revamp shifts her from single-target assassin into a multi-target lightning controller capable of stunning and bursting entire teams when properly set up.
Strengths
Extremely high burst damage, reliable crowd control, strong mid-game rotations, powerful bush control, and devastating AoE potential when enemies are grouped.
Weaknesses
Very low mobility without Flicker, highly dependent on skill accuracy and combo order, vulnerable to assassins and CC immunity heroes, weaker against heavy sustain tanks.
Chain Lightning Execution Build
Arcane Boots provide early penetration. Genius Wand reduces enemy magic defense during combos. Lightning Truncheon is core for AoE burst. Holy Crystal massively amplifies scaling damage. Divine Glaive counters magic defense stacking. Blood Wings grants maximum late-game power and survivability.

This setup maximizes early penetration and scaling burst. Rupture improves early poke damage. Bargain Hunter accelerates core item timing. Lethal Ignition synergizes perfectly with her multi-hit combo to guarantee execution damage.
Battle Spell
Flicker is mandatory. It allows instant engage for surprise stun combos, repositioning during teamfights, and emergency escape from assassins. Without Flicker, Eudora becomes an easy target.
Mid Game Thunder Spike
Eudora dominates during the Mid Game Power Spike. Once she completes Lightning Truncheon and Genius Wand, she should aggressively rotate to side lanes, control bushes, and delete priority targets before objectives. In teamfights, wait for tank engage, apply mark first, then stun multiple enemies before dropping ultimate for maximum echo burst.
Best With Johnson
Johnson provides guaranteed initiation with his car crash stun, allowing Eudora to instantly land her full combo on grouped enemies without giving them time to react or Flicker away.
Watch Out For Kagura
Kagura can cleanse Eudora's stun using her umbrella skill and reposition safely, making it difficult to land a full combo on her.
