This is perfect build for Eudora . But builds need to change depending on battle . you can go Glowing Wand if enemys have high healing heroes . you can go sky piercer if you want to finish faster .

This is more effective in battle if enemy has a strong healer or high spell vamp and life steal
assassin emblem/ mage emblem
Assassin emblem for extra penetration . you can also use magic emblem . ( if enemys are mostly sustain assassin emblem will be best choice because of extra penetration )
Battle Spell
Since she lack mobility, flicker is best battle spell for her.
Remember you need good teamwork
In early , you should go gank gold lane since Eudora can easily burst enemy marksman forcing him/her to stay in turret
