Bush camper, high-utility, AOE (Area of Effect) burst mage.
Strengths
While she retains her identity as a glass cannon, her new mechanics allow her to contribute much more to team fights rather than just deleting a single target.
Weaknesses
Unlike the old Eudora, the revamped version cannot trigger Superconductor (the mark) on minions. You can no longer safely bounce a stun off a minion wave to poke an enemy hero from a distance. You must now walk closer to the enemy to apply the mark directly.
Burst
Burst Eudora relies on a high-penetration item path that exploits her new multi-hit Ultimate and Skill 1 lightning chain. Because her revamped Skill 2 reduces the target's Magic Defense and her revamped Ultimate triggers a second "Thunderburst" on marked enemies, her item choices are strictly focused on amplifying these specific moments of peak damage.
Burst
If the "Sustain" build is for surviving the storm, the 2026 Mage Burst Emblem is for becoming the storm. This setup abandons all pretense of defense to ensure that the moment a "Superconductor" mark is applied, the target is deleted from the map. In the current meta, this emblem setup focuses on Magic Penetration and Explosive scaling.
Battle Spell
Flicker remains the gold standard for Eudora. Because her revamp requires her to stay near enemies for 1.5 seconds to complete her Skill 1 "chain," Flicker is no longer just an escape tool—it is a vital part of her offensive positioning.

To master the Eudora revamp, you have to stop thinking of her as just a "bush camper" and start playing her as a chain-reaction mage. The revamp has given her much higher AOE potential, but it requires more precise skill sequencing.
Best With Atlas
Atlas: Can pull 3-5 enemies into one spot. The Synergy: Once they hit their Ultimate, Eudora drops Skill 1 (marking everyone) Skill 2 (stunning everyone again) Ultimate. This creates a "CC Chain" that prevents the enemy from using Flicker or Winter Crown before the second lightning strike hits.
Watch Out For Chou
Chou: With his Skill 2 dash, he is immune to CC for a brief window. The Counter: A skilled Chou will time his dash to "eat" Eudora's stun. Once the stun is wasted, Eudora has no mobility to escape his "Way of the Dragon" kick.
