Strengths

Weaknesses
Revamped Eudora is a fragile hero with very low defensive stats. Her primary weakness is her total lack of mobility because she does not have any dash or blink skills. This makes her extremely dependent on the Flicker battle spell for her survival. For the second tier Weapons Master is the preferred option as it provides a percentage boost to all magic power gained from your items and emblems. The most critical part of this setup is the Lethal Ignition core talent which deals significant extra adaptive damage after you land three hits on an enemy. This talent triggers when you deal damage exceeding seven percent of a targets maximum health which makes it perfect for the three skill burst rotation used by Eudora. If you prefer more frequent mana recovery you can switch the core talent to Impure Rage instead.
Battle Spell
Flicker is the essential battle spell for Eudora because she lacks any natural dash or escape skills. Since she is a fragile mage, this spell provides her only reliable way to survive when targeted by agile assassins. You can use Flicker offensively by combining it with Ball Lightning to stun enemies from a surprising distance. Tigreal is the most suitable ally for the revamped Eudora because his ability to group enemies perfectly complements her new area of effect mechanics. When Tigreal uses his ultimate to pull multiple opponents into a single spot, Eudora can follow up with her second skill to trigger an explosive area stun that hits everyone in the cluster. This setup ensures that all targets are marked by her superconductor passive, allowing her ultimate to deal massive overlapping damage as it strikes every marked enemy at once. Without a teammate like Tigreal to lock enemies together, Eudora often struggles to maximize her team-fight potential.

Gusion is the best counter to Eudora because his extreme mobility and fast burst damage allow him to eliminate her before she can react.
