Strengths
Insane Burst: Can delete squishy heroes (Marksmen/Mages) in one combo. Reliable CC: Her Skill 2 is a guaranteed stun (no aiming required). One of the best heroes for ambush.
Weaknesses
High Cooldowns: Once her combo is spent, she is vulnerable. Short Range: She has to get relatively close to land her combo. Zero Mobility: No dash or escape skills. If she gets caught she's done.
The Core Build (High Burst)
Eudora's ultimate burst build focuses on Arcane Boots, Genius Wand, Lightning Truncheon, Holy Crystal, Divine Glaive, and Blood Wings to maximize magic penetration and raw power, allowing her to instantly delete squishy targets with a Flicker-assisted combo from a bush.
One-shot assasin build
Rupture (+5 Adaptive Penetration). Essential for cutting through early magic resist. Weapons Master (Bonus Magic Power from items). This scales your damage massively as you buy core items like Holy Crystal. Lethal Ignition. Deals extra burn damage after you land your combo, ensuring enemies don't survive with a sliver of health.
Battle Spell
Flicker: Use it to escape over walls or to perform the Flicker + Skill 2 combo to catch an enemy off guard from a distance.
Early-to-Mid Game
To master Eudora, you must prioritize bush-camping to ambush squishy targets, lead every combo with Skill 2 to maximize your Superconductor damage, and use Flicker aggressively to lock down priority heroes before they can react to your burst.

Tigreal can group up the entire enemy team with their Ultimates, setting up Eudora to hit everyone with her revamped Skill 2 bounce and Ultimate splash damage.
