Strengths
Stronger teamfight presence bringing more dynamic combos, with Her skills synergizing through her passive. Her poke capability increases with her first skill hitting the enemies affected by her passive.
Weaknesses
Her most effective skills require getting closer to enemies, which puts you in danger in high-skill matches
Max CDR vs Tanky enemies (abuse that first skill)
You can build this now, since Eudora's first skill cooldown reduces 1.5 seconds if it lands ( pair it with temporsl reign and sprint)

You can also use bargain hunter as a subtitute for pull yourself together. But with these embles, not only are you maximizing her short skill downs, these also help you to make more broader playstyle, bursting enemies from blindspot and fast repositions using flicker with shorter cooldowns

for max CDR build, since you are trading some of your damage, might as well poke them with lightning

This is your Go-to Battle spell, so you can quickly go in or out on a battle or reposition on a much safer area to unleash those massive damage

Playstyle reminder: Bushes are your bestfriends. The more you capitalize it, the morr terrifying a eudora is. make sure to flank squishy enemies such as the marksman or enemies' mage, to weaken their dominance during turtle and lord dance or just a casual clash. Dont hold those skills, kill is just an added bonus. With Her new AoE capabilities, even in plain sight, you can 1 hit delete your enrmies
