I chose rapid boost because it is good to escape from enemy. It is a burst build so I chose hunter strike and sky piercer. I chose malefic roar to burst tanky heros. I chose blade of despair because it gives good normal damage.and in last I chose rose gold meteor to drive into the tower to score a kill and rose gold meteor helps block tower damage.
Burst emblem
It is good to use assassin emblem because it relay's one speed and burst damage

Flicker is best for this hero because it will help this hero to escape from danger.
