Strengths
Eudora is good in burst and crowd control, her passive give advantage at her because its AOE and give movement speed.
Weaknesses
Eudora weaknesses are clearing lanes and her ultimate is easy to dodge. And her counter hero are high mobility heroes, burst type heroes, and crowd control heroes.
Burst
Arcane boots for +40 movement speed, +15 magic power, and +10 magic penetration. In first core item is genius wand to reduce magic defense of the enemy, second is lightning truncheon to deal extra damage to all enemy in range, third is holy crystal for 21%-31% extra damage, fourth is wishing lantern for tank heros, and lastly divine glaive for extra magic penetration
Burst
Mage embelm for +30 magic power, +5% cooldown reduction, and +8 magic penetration. And for emblem talents are rapture for 5 adaptive penetration, wilderness blessing for +10% movement speed, and lethal ignition for extra 7% damage to enemy and additional 162-750 adaptive damage.
