Recent buff in miya needs more cooldown in cd for faster skills so I have this build from my own experience

This emblem set can be changed according to pick in opponent if speed build hero comes you can change into weakness finder.
Battle Spell
Inspire is best. Flicker doesnot showcase her power. If you are good with wind of nature you can flicker but I wont prefer it.
If you see open in map just push
Must atleast play in duo. if solo no problem I got you so always keep your eyes in mini map if you are being chased by enemy donot run towards tower but play hide and seek from bush to bush. Play so smart that opponents may have no idea where you go.

Iam myself a khaleed player and Iam 2nd main in khaleed so I play in Tanky build where I can easily 1v1 with miya and can stall 5 enemies on my fingers so I think miya can be countered easily by khaleed even with inspire she cannot deal enough dmg if he is using he is 2nd skill.
