Overview
Eudora is a beast when she reaches level 4 and because she is also very squishy you need to play her safely
Strengths
She is strong if you actually maximize her abilities
Weaknesses
She is weak against high hp heroes like tank roles

We want all of those items since they balance skill cd and dmg

Since we need to maximize eudora we gotta use inspire to spam her skills,bargain hunter makes it so that we can get items and burst out heroes faster since we get items faster,Since eudora do around 40% if enemy hp she can directly use lethal ignition to do more dmg

You can use flicker to suprise or to escape because eudora is very slow

She can 1shot almost anyone in her way using a full 2-3-1 combo
