Overview
Eudora has evolved from a single-target "one-shot" specialist into a high-utility AOE burst Mage. While she still packs enough punch to delete squishy targets, she is now a terrifying presence in grouped-up team fights, capable of chain-stunning entire tearns and repositioning with surprising speed.
Strengths
After the revamp in Patch 2.1.47 (January 28, 2026), Eudora has transformed from a single-target burst mage to a versatile one with enhanced strength across multiple aspects: Core Mechanic Strength - Passive: Superconductor: Marks enemies for 3 seconds, and follow-up skills trigger bonus effects. The mark can be refreshed, allowing continuous enhancement of skills during battles. It's the core of her flexible combos, enabling both single-target and AOE damage output. Skill Strengths - Skill 1: Forked Lightning: Fan-shaped AOE with doubled damage against minions, great for wave clear. When hitting marked targets, it chains lightning, grants 40% movement speed for 1 second, deals damage over time, and reduces cooldown by 1.5 seconds on the final hit. At max level, the cooldown can be reduced to 3.5 seconds, enabling continuous poking. - Skill 2: Ball Lightning: Stuns targets for 1 second and reduces magic defense by 10-25 for 1.8 seconds. When hitting marked targets, it spreads to nearby enemies, providing AOE stun and defense reduction, which is very effective in teamfights. - Ultimate: Thunder's Wrath: AOE blast with high center damage and lower outer damage. Hitting marked targets triggers a delayed secondary burst, which can almost double the damage in single-target situations. The ultimate can be cast while moving, improving her survivability during casting. Gameplay Strengths - Versatile Roles: She excels in the mid-lane, with strong early-game poke, mid-game rotation capabilities, and late-game teamfight impact. She can handle both single-target bursts and area control. - Enhanced Mobility: The movement speed boost from Skill 1 helps her dodge enemy skills or chase down opponents, making her more adaptable in assassin-heavy metas. - Meta Adaptability: She has become mythic-viable, performing well against heroes like Alice, Miya, and Natalia, and can effectively restrict the movement of agile heroes with her stuns and burst damage.
Weaknesses
The revamped Eudora still has notable weaknesses despite her enhanced strength: Core Deficiencies - No Built-in Escape Mechanism: None of her skills provide a blink or dash effect, making her easy to be targeted and locked down in fights. Although battle spells like Flicker can help, their long cooldowns leave her vulnerable when spells are on cooldown. - Low Durability: She has low base HP and defense stats. Without defensive items, she is very squishy and can be killed quickly if caught out of position. Skill Limitations - Ultimate Casting Delay: Her ultimate has a short delay before dealing full damage, which enemies can exploit to dodge or interrupt it, especially heroes with immunity or mobility skills. - Dependency on Passive: Her full damage and crowd control potential rely heavily on applying and maintaining the Superconductor mark. If enemies avoid follow-up skills, her effectiveness drops significantly. Gameplay Constraints - Mediocre Mobility: Her base movement speed is average, and while Skill 1 grants a temporary speed boost, it's not sufficient for consistent positioning or escaping ganks. - Late-Game Scaling Issues: Compared to some other mages, her damage may feel less impactful in the late game when enemies have built up magic resistance and durability. She struggles to carry the team alone if the early to mid-game advantage is lost. - Slow Farming Speed: Although Skill 1 has improved wave clear, her jungle farming efficiency is still relatively low, limiting her ability to gain an economic edge through non-lane sources.

The Voltage Spike
Picking and Ganking. Once you have Lightning Truncheon and your Ultimate, you enter the "Voltage Spike. This is the phase where Eudora is objectively the scariest hero on the map. One successful combo can turn a 5v5 into a 5v4 instantly. This is where you should be most aggressive.
