Overview

Revamped Eudora brings electrifying gameplay into MLBB, shaking up the battlefield with a variety of combos to adapt to the situation. She is no longer just a troll pick, she now upholds the name of the Lightning Weaver. While still excelling in dishing out incredible amounts of burst damage, her role is much more versatile: being able to set up fights, poke from distances and still being the bush camper we all fear.

Strengths

Eudora is strong in two main aspects. First is her burst capability. While her damage was adjusted to complement her revamp, it does not take away the key highlight of her kit. Her combos are easy to execute with low room for failure, and the reworked Superconductor passive now provides more buffs that allow her to excel even further. This makes her deal insane damage from the moment she unlocks her ult, and helps her get through the Early Game. Her second strength is less obvious to players: Her teamfighting prowess and poke potential. By changing her combo from 2-1-3 to 1-2-3, she can easily transition from a single target burst to an AoE controller. Furthermore, with the correct build, her S1 can easily reset its cooldown to almost 0 seconds when attacking an enemy inflicted with Superconductor, allowing her to safely deal poke damage. Her core thus lies in her flexibility, transforming from a one-dimensional pick to an all-rounded mage.

Weaknesses

However, the Lightning Weaver is not without weaknesses. Her key issue still lies in her lack of mobility and being prone to dive potential from her enemies. While this is improved through her disengage potential from her new kit, she is still very reliant on positioning and has no blink skills to get her out of sticky situations. Furthermore, as a Mid Lane, your Wave Clear has to be decent to be at the top of the meta. With really only your S1 for Wave Clear, she falls behind compared to other mages like Pharsa and Kimmy which can use multiple aspects of their kit to gain early priority. She can thus expected to be weaker in Early Game, but it gets better when your Ult can be used to kill minions in Late Game with low cooldowns.

Burst + CD Reduction

Magic Boots - Aids in CD Reduction Genius Wand - Its buff allows more Early Game damage and is perfect for Burst Mages like Eudora because of the damage value it provides. Lightning Truncheon - A classic combo with Genius Wand which also got buffed. This skyrockets her damage by a large amount and has the ability to damage more than one enemy at once, complementing her AoE. Holy Crystal - Just a huge boost to Mid-Late Game damage. Wishing Lantern - Main purpose is to aid in CD Reduction, but also a great item against High HP Heroes Immortality - Flexible slot, boosts her survivability

Spare Equipment

Glowing Wand - Despite the recent nerfs, if enemy had high Sustain heroes and your team does not have sufficient Anti-Heal, Glowing Wand can be prioritised early. Divine Glave - If opponents have Magic Defence items, Divine Glaive can be swapped in place of Wishing Lantern for that Magic Penetration. Blood Wings - Additional survival and movement speed boost.

Burst Mage Emblem

The Mage emblem is chosen due to the cooldown reduction it provides, and the extra damage for a Burst Mage like Eudora. Inspire is chosen for the CD Reduction. Wilderness Blessing is chosen for her to roam around middle portions of the map quicker, since she does not have an agility skill. Lethal Ignition boosts her overall damage output. Now we talk about why CD Redcution is such a core idea to the Revamped Eudora. Her S1 reduces its own cooldown by 1.5s whenever the extra effect from Superconductor is triggered. This allows her to have reliant and consistent poke damage, similar to Yve S1 with a build that maximises CD reduction. By opting for emblem talents that help in CD reduction, it takes some stress off her build as Eudora does not need to specifically build Enchanted Talisman and can instead abuse the buffed Early Game damage items.

Battle Spell

Flicker is basically her only option as she needs the Blink you get from it to disengage easier and avoid getting caught out. She can also use Flicker aggressively to chase the target and finish them off with her combos.

Late Game

I believe Late Game is where Eudora is at her strongest because of her reliant S1 spam. Her damage still remains relevant in Late Game and she can easily set up fights with her AoE Immobilise. While some may argue that her Early Game damage is strong, her wave clear is significantly slower than that of other mages and her skill feel less spammy with long cooldowns.

Best With Tigreal

100% co-op win rate

The CC from Eudora in teamfights serves more as a Secondary Initiator to prolong the CC duration. Thus she relies on Tanks like Tigreal to set up fights first, then for her to engage after. Without this, it is relatively hard for her to set up fights herself as the enemy can easily escape from her combos.

Watch Out For Beatrix

100% counter win rate

Eudora is best against heroes that have little escape skills or Marksmen that cannot take Purify. Such an example is Beatrix as it is easy for Eudora to catch up and execute her combos. She also excels against heroes that cannot match her range as she can easily poke with S1 from afar without being vulnerable to opposing damage.
