Strengths
His first skill and ultimate (slam) is great for last hitting objectives when you land it with retribution simultaneously. Having just Brute Force Breastplate is enough to tank 2 enemies, just make sure you have the right emblem for this one.
Weaknesses
Early game farming is so slow, but if you're on a trio lobby, tell them to throw a skill before they move on on their lanes. Note: don't use your retribution early, out of 10 matches 7 of them tried to invade me early. Being level 3 on a turtle fight as Fredrinn doesn't do much because of his 3rd skill is his key skill to have that chain CC, so just use the retri if you're sure that they don't try invading you.

This is a max cd reduction build that gives you chain cc. On the early game i suggest you to build molten essence first before buying brute force breastplate then the radiant armor or athena's shield depending on the enemy heroes. You could sell molten essence in late game and complete these build (molten essence increases your early jungling speed but doesn't do much on late game)
Standard Emblem
His skills relies on high hp for damage, i used Support Emblem for the cooldown reduction (for chain CC), healing effect (when using first skill to heal if you have full crystal energy), and movement speed (he walks so slow). I used vitality for extra hp and additional damage to his skills, seasoned hunter for extra jungling speed, and impure rage for extra skill damage. You could replace vitality with inspire for extra cd reduction.
Battle Spell
Use retribution simultaneously with skill 1 or 4, if the enemy is constantly attacking the first turtle and you have level 6 or 7 (including the litho wanderer) retribution, you should wait atleast 1k or 800 hp before you use your first skill+retri for a secured objective.
Jungling pattern.
Always start on purple buff so you'll have lvl 2 retribution, then move on and try to get the litho, then move to the golem, then the red buff and the fire bettle. You'll be lvl 4 after you killed the big fire bettle.
Soaking Damage
At mid game, you can handle 3 or more enemies attacking you, just make sure you have the right equipments/build depending on the enemy team line up, try using 3rd skill then wait walk towards your team then use second skill and first skill again to maximize your skills + sets the enemies.
