Overview
Beatrix is an all rounder marksman. Her four different forms of weapons make her unique from others. She can choose to be an assassin, a sniper, a burst hero or continuous damage dealer according to the situation. Once she gets all her items, she becomes unstoppable. She can defeat almost anyone. Once understood the gun mechanics and builds according to the situation, I promise you won't want to switch to other marksman.
Strengths
The main strength of Beatrix is the weapons. Unlike other marksman, Beatrix can switch between different types which helps her face all types of enemies.
Weaknesses
The main weakness of Beatrix and any other marksman is hp. Beatrix is a squishy hero. So if you don't become careful, enemy mage or assassin can easily burst you before you take any action.
Standard build
This is one of the best build for Beatrix which can be useful in any situation. The main core item is blade of despair because it gives Beatrix maximum damage. Rapid boots because it gives movement speed. Malefic gun for range and penetration. You can also build rose gold meteor as it gives lifesteal and shield. You can use demon hunter sword if enemy has many tanky heroes or you can switch to Haas claws if enemy are squishy. You can use wind of nature if enemies are more physical damage dealers, sea halbert if enemies have more regenerative or lifesteal heroes or you can use immortality if enemies are killing you instantly.
Best emblem for beginners
I recommend using marksman emblem for Beatrix because it gives attack speed and lifesteal.For talents, you can use swift as it gives you attack speed. Next you can choose among weapon master, bargain hunter or wilderness blessing. Bargain hunter is helpful when enemy is early game hero. Wilderness blessing is useful when enemy has high rotation potential. Weapon master is useful in every situation so you can choose it if you are beginner. For core talent, you can choose between quantum charge and weakness finder. But quantum charge is best for her as it gives additional movement speed and restores some hp which is helpful during fights.
Battle Spell
Flicker is the best choice for Beatrix. Beatrix does have a dash skill but it won't help in many situations. So, flicker helps her during running from opponents or chasing them.
Early game
In early game, either you should play very safe or very aggressive. If enemy marksman has full support from tank or mage and jungler are rotating frequently, play very safe .Quickly clear the minions and stay inside the turret. But if enemy marksmen is alone or your team is also rotating, then don't hesitate and play aggressively. Beatrix can defeat any marksman in early game if she gets support. You can target enemy marksman and freeze the lane. Or you can clear fast, take the gold crab and help other lanes. But in any case , don't die in early game. The first five minutes of the game decide your whole gameplay in many cases. And for build path, build magic blade at first because it gives you early lifesteal and shield at low HP. Then complete the boots and immediately go for blade of despair. For weapons, use missile and machine gun(don't know the names). You can also use sniper instead of machine gun but missile is the most. Because it can fast clear minions and it has long range so you can poke enemies.
Mid game
Once you get your ultimate and blade of despair, your hunting time begins. Clear the minions, hid in the bush and wait for enemy marksman, mage or jungler. Once anyone shoes up, immediately use missile weapon ultimate and one basic attack. Then quickly switch to machine gun and use it's ultimate or basic attack depending on their HP. If they try to run, use second skill or flicker to chase. Most of enemy marksman and mage can be deleted instantly by this combo. But if they survive and try to fight back, don't back down because you still have shield from magic blade. But if your missile ultimate misses, then be very careful. Back down if needed. Don't die in any case.
Late game
Once you get most of your items, you become a demon. You can one shot squishy from your any ultimate. You would have great damage that even tanks fear you. The combo is same, hid in the bush use missile ultimate, followed by other ultimate. This time you can choose any weapon instead of machine gun. You can use shotgun to instantly burst squishy. Use basic attack, ultimate and basic attack combo. Or use sniper basic attack and ultimate. You can kill with sniper ultimate only if we'll fed. In teamfight, missile and machine gun mode are the best. Split push if you're losing, stea lord with your ult or deal damage while staying in backline. But don't move without vision of enemies. Because no matter how much strong you are, enemy mage or assassin can one shot you in late game and they will definitely ambush you or prioritize you in teamfight. So stay safe and let the tanks take damage.

Tigreal ultimate followed by Beatrix ultimate in late game can wipe out entire enemy. You don't need anyone else. You can use any heroes that can set enemies very well.
Watch Out For Hayabusa
100% counter win rate
All assassins are counter of all marksmen. Not only Hayabusa but most of the assassins can shut her down if not played well. And burst mage like Eudora, Vale can also easily kill her.
