Cd + heal + sustain
The order of the items depends on your enemy. These items have short cooldowns, healing, and sustain.
Short CD
short cd + massive heal (it's still depends on the player and how you used it)
Battle Spell
Flicker or Revitalize, but i recommend any battle spell that can make you escape or initiate
