Overview
Kimmy is a marksman/mage with high damage capability, best in crowd controls, a mix with initiator, and has early to late game damage.
Strengths
She can initiate team fights and create a plays, she has good damage, and can melt frontliners when in team fights. Best pick when the your jungler is a utility and when enemy pick a low mobility heroes and sustain heroes.
Weaknesses
She is weak against assassin heroes or heroes who can delete her in an instant, when the enemy shut her down early her damage fall off in early game to mid game, she is also weak againts heroes who can get to her and poke her.
Sustain and Damage
For lifesteal, penetration, anti-heal, and early snowball.
Mage Emblem
Mage Emblem: It provides magic power, cooldown reduction, and magic penetration. For Emblem Talents: Agility: for easy and fast rotation on the map. Bargain hunter: for faster item and super early snowball. Weakness finder: for slow effect.
Battle Spell
Flicker is a very good battle spell for Kimmy because it gives her a chance to get out in a team fights, create gap or close the gap between her and the enemy, and a chance to outplays enemies. When your flicker is up make aggressive plays or poke enemies and when it is on cooldown play safe because your first skill is not long enough for you to escape enemy range.
Early Game
In early game, try to poke your enemy in your lane, try to visit other lanes preferably the gold lane, and for the first turtle spawn make sure you are lvl 4 or atleast lvl 4 and harass the enemy in a safe distance.
Mid Game
If you are on a snowball, be aggressive, poke as much a you can, your ultimate will come in handy when you are on the other lane so make sure it will land on the enemies. Participate in every team fights because your crowd control skills will make the enemy a hard time to group and easier for your team to pick them off one by one. When you are losing in your laning or your team is losing, you must playsafe and always help your jungler to farm and visit other lane so the gap will not be big and do not be prideful.
Late Game
You are all lock item, so be sure you play it safe, land your skills, do not go on the frontline, always be around in your roamer or in your team, and timing your ultimate because it can turn the table of the game and can wipe your enemies.
