Overview
Chip is a Tank/Support Roamer that is said to be lazy, he can teleport using the connected portals around the map by using his fourth skill "Why Walk?" He can spawn a portal using his ultimate, his allies and enemies can teleport but the allies gain additional buffs such as a shield and speed boost, the portal can be destroyed and can disappear in a period of time, he can also heal using his passive, restoring a massive amount of health
Strengths
Chip excels in healing, so he doesn't need guardian helmet and can also set using his first skill and his ultimate, he can perfectly initiate a team fight even when he is alone because his portals can make his allies teleport to his location
Weaknesses
Like most roamers, this hero's only weakness is bad allies and a bad user, he will initiate a team fight by himself and his teammates won't teleport, that's the big issue so it's better to invite some friends to play and good communication can be crucial due to his teleporting skills. Due to his reliance on the team, he is not a quite ideal choice for solo rank but it is one of the best choices for five man rank
Sustainability and Cooldown Reduction
This Build Can help him a lot by being very tanky
Full Tank Emblem
We need a full tank emblem to keep him durable during teamfights
Battle Spell
Once he hits the enemies with his second skill and casts his ultimate, his teammate might take a while to come so he uses flicker to exit out of combat and to restore lost hp (healing)
The Arrow opening
To do this technique, you have to form an Arrow in the opening as the title says, first, go to the mid lane and help your mage clear the wave, that forms a line, then go to your jungler to help with the purple or orange buff(whatever he's taking) and that forms a diagonal line, next help him with the next buff, that forms the bottom line, and finally return to mid to complete the triangle, after that, help the exp laner or marksman, look which of them if struggling more and help them with their lane, and when the turtle spawns, you zone out the enemies while your jungler takes the first turtle, this, securing an early advantage against the enemy
Best With Joy
100% co-op win rate
Joy is the perfect match for Chip because the duo can be deadly, when chip casts ultimate, joy teleports and melts the enemies down, chases them, and may lead to a wipe out. As a Chip main, I already have experiences with Joy teammates because my friend is a joy main, I did a five man set and my friend demolishes the enemy so In conclusion, just find a joy main
Watch Out For Fanny
20% counter win rate
You basically can't portal a fanny user because they can easily escape before the portal stuns
