Overview
Eudora is known for her single burst OHKO combo but after the revamp will she be able to do that? Well the answer is "YES" but here's the catch, she's not an easy to use hero anymore where you just tap on her skills randomly and expects a kill. Because with her new revamp you need to aim her ultimate properly and utilize her passive properly to deal massive burst damage. The combo is still the same 2-3-Ult for single target and make sure to aim in the middle when trying to target an enemy after stunning them for maximum damage! For teamfight just do the 1-2-Ult to maximize the crowd control effect of her second skill!
Strengths
She's still strong in the early game because she can still clear the minion waves with her first skill easily and rotate to assist the teammates. In the mid game try to help with the objectives as much as possible and try to burst down the squishy heroes or the enemy jungler if possible. If it's the late game this is where she can still be super dangerous and at this point you should have a full item build already so focus on taking down the marksman, mage or the main damage dealer!
Weaknesses
Eudora is very squishy and her second skill casting distance being shorter in this revamp makes her really vulnerable against assassins or heroes that can easily take down squishy heroes & back liners. Heroes like Leomord, Sun, Ixia, Helcurt, Sun, Lapu Lapu, Yu Zhong or any Assassin heroes & Sustain heroes that can reach the back lines can be a threat to Eudora and most of then can give you a hard time if they started target locking you. So make sure to always look at the mini map and raise your map awareness before showing yourself in the vision range especially in the late game! Eudora can deal huge damage but in exchange she's very very squishy so be careful! There are also other heroes that can give you some hard time like Yi-Sun-Shin, Novaria, Zetian because these heroes can reveal the enemies for a few seconds and that can interrupt your stealthy moves.
Burst Build #1
This is the best build for Eudora in my opinion because this can really cause a phobia to squishy enemy heroes especially in the late game! You will see them using their skills in the bush to even check if you're nearby!
Burst Build #2
This is my burst build for Eudora before the revamp and this one still works with the revamp. So in the early phase make sure to build the Arcane Boots & Genius Wand along with Sky Piercer as fast as possible to secure the snowball. Tip: If the enemy heroes got sustain or even healing capabilities then replace the Lightning Truncheon with Glowing Wand instead in the late game.
Cooldown Reduction Build
This is the Cooldown Reduction build if you started using the CDR emblem set. During the early phase you need Magic Boots then Elegant Gem for CD and Mana then buy Lightning Truncheon and upgrade the gem to Clock of Destiny.
Burst Type 1
Assassin emblem is my preferred emblem to maximize her early game burst potential along with Rupture so that you can deal a good amount of magic burst damage once you started rotating. Master Assassin will be helpful from mid game to late game especially if you still want to solo hunt along with Lethal Ignition to assist the Sky Piercer.
Burst Type 2
It's still the same as the first one except we swap the Weapons Master instead of Master Assassin and this one is preferred if you think you can't burst down the enemy lineup easily and still want to maximize the damage output of Eudora.
Burst Type 3
Again still the same as the first 2 emblem sets except we swap the middle to Bargain Hunter. This emblem set can help you get your core items faster and this is good if you want to do the early snowball.
CDR set
This is the Cooldown Reduction set and this is really useful if you have a lot of tanky or sustain opponents and you just want to participate in the teamfights more often instead of doing solo kills. It's very useful for her revamped skills because you can spam your 1st and 2nd skills more often to help your teammates and Pull Yourself Together can help you reduce the cooldown of Winter Crown and Flicker which is really helpful as well.
Rotation Focused Set
This one is optional and it depends on you if you really want to help your teammates in the early stage more often than focusing on hunting the enemy down. The movement speed from Agility and Wilderness Blessing can help you rotate and reposition yourself faster while your teammates are busy taking the objectives.
Battle Spell
Flicker in my opinion is the only best spell for Eudora because she doesn't have any mobility to escape a risky situation. So to fix that issue then you need to use Flicker to escape at least and re position yourself.
Early Dominance
Eudora is known for dealing huge damage even in the early game if you know how to utilize her passive properly and so make sure to rotate as much as possible especially in the gold lane! Try to help your gold lane to take down the enemy in their lane so that your gold lane has the early advantage because we all know that gold laners are very useful especially if they are ahead against their enemy. You can also try and help your jungler as well if they got invaded by the enemies.
Mid Game Dominance
At this point you already have your first 3 core items and this is the start where you should take advantage of her bursting capabilities. Focus on helping your teammates when securing the objectives so try to aim for the enemy jungler and make sure to properly stun them to help your jungler secure the objectives.
Late Game Dominance
This is the phase where the squishy enemies starts to get afraid of you because at this point you should have a full item build. Try to take advantage of your maximum burst capability as much as possible and also always aim for the squishy heroes and main damage dealers. If you want to solo kill an enemy then use the 2-Ult-1 combo but make sure to aim her ulti in the middle when targeting the opponents because if you didn't aim properly then the damage will be weaker.
Best With Minotaur
100% co-op win rate
The revamp Eudora needs to be paired with a team that can check the bush properly and also a tank that can set or initiate properly so that you can position yourself and lower the risk of enemies trying to target you. Heroes like Minotaur or Gatotkaca can be a perfect match for Eudora.
Watch Out For Zetian
100% counter win rate
Eudora is strong against heroes with no mobility, burst damage, sustain and heroes like Zetian will have a hard time against Eudora from early to late game because of her bursting capabilities.
