Overview
Eudora's playstyle has been expanded and enhanced, but she is still a magic burst mage. The redesign maintains her identity as a burst damage dealer with a lightning theme while giving her more teamfight presence, utility, and combo depth rather than just being a single-target burst assassin-style mage.
Strengths
When Eudora lands her complete combo, she is still a powerful burst mage that can swiftly eliminate squishy enemy heroes. Her revised kit incorporates area-of-effect (AoE) damage and improved effects on marked enemies, making her more devastating in crowded engagements compared to her original single-target focus. Her skills enable her squad lock down adversaries by delivering dependable stuns and control, particularly against targets impacted by her Superconductor mark.
Weaknesses
She has weak health and defenses, just like the majority of mages, which makes it simple for her to collapse if she is caught off guard. Eudora relies on Flicker or teammates to help her escape from ganks and pursue adversaries because she lacks mobility and dash skills. Because of her simple and well-known playstyle, many opponents can counteract her impact by developing magic resistance, using gap closers, or dodging her combinations. Her burst gets less dangerous as the game progresses and opponents develop defenses or mobility/immunity tools, making it harder for her to carry on her own. Her threat is diminished until her skills are restored if she misses them, leaving her susceptible during lengthy cooldown periods.
Pure Damage
This build enhances her damage and uses winter crown for survivability.
Team Damage
This build prioritizes Lightning Truncheon for team damage instead of a singular target
Early Snowball
This build focuses on Sky Piercer for low health execution
Early Burst
By optimizing early burst, penetration, and snowball potential, this emblem configuration enables Eudora to swiftly one-shot important targets and exert pressure on the battlefield prior to the emergence of late game weakness
Chase Burst
Eudora can travel across the battlefield more quickly, land surprise combos, and do more damage during early-to mid-game battles because to this emblem configuration, which emphasizes mobility + burst.
Battle Spell
Flicker is mostly utilized as a positioning and emergency escape tool. Because Eudora lacks mobility skills, Flicker enables her to securely land her stun-burst combo or fast blink away from assassins or gankers. Despite being extremely squishy, it helps her survive longer and make crucial plays.
Early Game
Eudora dominates the laning phase, particularly in the early stages of the game. She can easily pressure the opposition mid-laner, get early kills, and make them play defensively because to her powerful burst damage and dependable stun. Once she reaches level 4, she can control the lane, comfortably clear waves, and threaten ganks with strategic placement, providing her significant momentum until the middle of the game.
Mid Game
Eudora is at her strongest in the middle of the game. She is quite good at taking down squishy targets, using her stun to catch adversaries, and swinging teamfights with fast pick-offs when using core items online. She must rely on precise timing and posture because she is still susceptible to being caught, but her presence compels adversaries to play carefully.
Late Game
Eudora becomes increasingly situational in the latter stages of the game. With the right placement, she can still swiftly eliminate squishy heroes, but picks are more difficult because adversaries are more organized, tankier, and mobile. Because one error can easily eliminate her, she mainly relies on ambushes, vision control, and team protection.
Best With Atlas
100% co-op win rate
Eudora and Atlas work well together. Eudora may maximize her AoE damage and teamfight impact by landing her stun-burst combination on many targets at once thanks to Atlas's ability to start engagements and lock down numerous enemies with his ultimate. This combo is highly dangerous in coordinated engagements.
Watch Out For Aamon
100% counter win rate
Aamon is very mobile and elusive, which puts Eudora at a disadvantage. Eudora finds it difficult to land her stun and entire combination because of Aamon's ability to dodge or swiftly cover gaps. She also has limited mobility to flee if she misses her burst, making her extremely susceptible to his potential for assassination and long-term harm.
