Kagura is one of the hardest mages to play since she has lots of capabilities or ways to use, she has an umbrella as her weapon that releases thousands of monster
Strengths
She is a burst type mage, she has a strength from early to mid game
Weaknesses
Kagura possessed lots of battle-spell-like-skills; stun, flicker, purify, so the weakness is lessen
One-combo
Pure magic means pure damage, in early game use arcane boots as it gives an extra magic damage to her, glowing wand was the second option cause it prevents enemies to revitalize or lessen their healing abilities along with the genius wand and lightning truncheon that helps glowing wand to deal more damage, fifth option is blood wings, it help Kagura rotate even faster especially if there is a clash in a side lane, it also helps Kagura to be not burst quickly as blood wings provide an extra shield of the hero, with the holy crystal by their side for making them more stronger

Kagura is mage, she has to rotate all the way other lanes in early to mid game in order to boost the winning possibility of the game, using rupture helps Kagura clear waves faster along with the bargain hunter to buy items faster as she is needed in team fight; it is to make sure she has the item before the clash start, Kagura is a burst mage, using Lethal Ignition might help her washed away enemies in one combo only as the Lethal Ignition scorch the target if it deals damage greater than 7% from her combo
