Burst build, change genius wand to divine glave if the enemy have many tank.

Just spam ult with this build.
Aspd
If you really want to build aspd on chang'e Don't use golden staff, it's not good anymore on chang'e
Mage
Normal set for chang'e
More damage
Use this if you want more damage.
Battle Spell
Best spell for any hero. Can use another spell: 1. Sprint 2. Flameshot for damage Don't use inspire, cause aspd build is not that great for chang'e
