Exp lane build
Scythe is useless during landing stage because you have enough damage to clear minion waves, so you can buy wings as your first item. You can also buy oracle as your third item if you have a heal roam.
Easy lining
I highly recommend to use brave smite because it helps you on lining stage, but you can also use temporal reign if you are sure that you will have easy lane
Battle Spell
Use vengeance to have high resist against any sort of damage
How to win the lane
Thamuz is stronger than most of exp laners, and you have to play aggressively using your 1st and 2nd skills. You can also zone enemy from the minions using your 1st skill. Do not forget than your 1st skill pushes enemy to your direction if you hit him with the first stage, so you can chase an enemy with it.
