Overview
Phoveus is a very strong EXP lane hero. He easily dominate team fights especially in the early turtle fights.
Strengths
Phoveus is a very over powered hero against the heavy-dash heroes like joy, harith and lancelot. Because when they use their dash skills, phoveus' skills' cooldown are reduce.
Weaknesses
Phoveus maybe weak against high crowd control heroes like franco (especially hook and flicker combo into under the tower), kaja. And he weak against true damage heroes like alpha, xborg and karrie. An extra choice he very weak against minsitthar cause of his ultimate. Because phoveus doesnt use his ultimate into the minsitthar ultimate.
Immortal Warrior's Equipment Build
İf your team has too many antiheal items, you can don't buy dominance ice; or your team hasn't any antiheal items, you can buy it earlier. And if your enemy has attack speed adc, you can buy blade armor.
Immortal Warrior's Emblems
This all amblems provide high sustain and survivability. But maybe you can prefer tank emblem for more sustain. And maybe you can choose concussive blast for third emblem slot to more damage but I don't recommend it.
Battle Spell
You usually should choose vengeance because when phoveus in team fight, his vengeance benefits him especially against attack speed ad-carries like miya and irithel. But when enemy has burst damages like kadita and lesley, you should choose flicker to escape and chase the enemies.
Battle Stage
Phoveus is weak hero until reach level 4. In the lane stage, if your enemy is stronger than you, you should stay under the tower and ******** minions safely. In turtle fights, you are very strong and you should use this. You should zone enemy jungler and keep your jungler safe. In late game if enemy is stronger than you, you should play with your team. Phoveus has low attack speed so you don't try split alone in late game.

Phoveus is a tank fighter so supports like angela and floryn are great. They provide you high hp regeneration.
Watch Out For X.Borg

Xborg has true damage and also high survability by lifesteal. He easily melt phoveus like butter.
