Pharsa is a mage that is known for her long-range burst damage and map-wide zoning ability. With her ultimate Feathered Air Strike, she can rain damage from a safe distance, making her deadly in team fights and objective control. Her passive Wings by Wings lets her transform into a bird, giving her insane mobility for rotations and escapes.
