Assasin Emblem
Assasin Emblem is the best in slot for Granger as for the talents Rupture and War Cry for a better penetration and damage while Festival of Blood is used for a little more sustenability in the laning phase.
Battle Spell
Now days with all off the Chain CC Meta Purify is probably the best spell for heroes without durability or anti CC Skills/Passives. If the enemy team doesn't have heavy CCs or too many quick CCs you can go for Flicker.
Early Game
He is preaty much Offline until reaching level 4.
Mid Game
He's starting to shine in the Mid Game imediatly after buying the Sky Piercer and Hunter Strike.
Late Game
He still remains strong, but he kinda gets outshined by atacks speed marksmans if he doesn't watch his positioning in team fights.
