Overview

Roaming Hilda is about putting pressure to the enemies. To do this you need to zone to different side of the maps fast, while being a semi-tanking that keeps poking to enemies hero.

Strengths

Fast movement with extra shield, good for hit and run. Bushes will give extra advantage due to passive. Late game Hilda can help chip tons of enemies damage due to passive + ulti, or securing damage on last hit, while being in front line.

Weaknesses

CC heroes are Hilda's biggest nightmare. Kimmy, Ixia, Zhask, Yi Shun Shin, any heroes that makes you unable to run! Despite being a tank, Hilda cannot soak damage fully unless backed up by team mates.

Damage Hit and Run

1. Rapid boots for faster zoning, combined with wilderness blessing and skill 1 2. Thunder Belt for damage and Def scaling 3. Dominance Ice for anti heal and hybrid def 4. Queens Wing, for Barbarian style, if you can knock some kills and enemies heroes are thin and easy to kill, get it. If you are behind enemies gold, get Oracle instead for stacking with skill 1 shield. Queens Wing is interchangeable to Oracle, Chapice Pauldron, or Blade Armor. This is situational and depends on enemies and timing. 5 and 6 is depends on which damage hits harder, but usually stayd around Anti Cuiras, Athena Shield, or Radiant

Damage Hit and Run

Tank for extra Def and HP. Thrill for damaging enemies (Hilda specialists). Good for chipping damage on end game or poking around. Wilderness blessing to allow you invade enemies jungle and zone fast from top to bottom using the river, combined wirh skill 1 Concussive blast for extra damage AOE. Good for clearing minions and damaging enemies

Battle Spell

Revitalize can be used as extra HP. You only think of HP and cooldown as Hilda user. This adds extra layer of HP. When you are flanked, team mates might back you up, use this to soak more damage, and heal nearby mates sharing damage. When you trying to run away from enemies but no bush, can use this as well for extra HP while running from enemies. The most practical way is to use it when you help a flanked teammate. Jump into the enemies, hit Ulti for CC, turn it up to heal mate, then push enemies back while healing your mates.

Early Game Rotation, Lv 4 on first turtle

First Wave Check and guess if enemies will go to red or blue buff. Get that as your first destination Use skill 1 to run directly to your jungle for extra movement speed. Run toward enemies river, when skill 1 CD is finished, used it directly to reach enemies jungle. When you reach river of enemies jungle side, make sure to show yourself to map by coming near to Tower(this is important. So enemies roam will not get EXP by showing you on their map) Quickly check if Core/Jungler, Roam, and Mid is there. If you find them, you get EXP. If not you dont get EXP. Just check briefly and use skill 1 to go directly into Mid Lane to help clear mid lane. If during this stage you found Jungler, Roam, and Mid, you will be at level 2 after clearing first wave with your Mid. First Water Minion Now you go into the Water Minion and help contest that. When contesting, there is a possibility for you to knock enemies Jungle or Mid (do it when your Mid and Jungle is here as well) Once the enemies Jungle gone, help clear Mid again. By doing this, you should be at Level 3 or near level 3. Once you clear 2nd wave of Mid, go to Gold (by this time, mostly all enemies will be about go to EXP to prepare for first Turtle (no stream yet). Help clear the Gold lane wave, push enemies back, and get the gold creep with your gold laner. First Turtle Spawn By now the stream for turtle will likely start flowing to turtle and exp lane. Ride it, use skill 1 to run fast into Mid Lane, help clear minion, you should be about to reach level 4, or level 4 already. then use skill 1 again to run into EXP lane and zone enemies bush. If you have not reach level 4 can help clear exp lane for level 4 then help zoning area and hold enemies jungle to secure first turtle

Mid Game - Hit and Run

Mid game is about zoning around the map. Dont play reactive. E.g if you are in EXP and you see GOLD is ganked, dont run to Gold, help secure EXP Focus on Hit and Run. Zone fast using skill 1 and river to run to either side of map, help open vision and bush while running around the map Poke enemies heroes using skill 2 and basic atk, then use skill 1 to run from enemies. This is to force enemies to run back and stack up your thunderbelt Watch the map and see if your mates need help. Hilda Ulti can help securing a kill when stack is up, or cc the enemies and get your mates a kill and yourself an assist. If you are ahead in Gold, get Queens Wing for helping you securing kill. As it has damage reduction on low hp. And extra damage on low hp, while giving damage penetration. Queens wing also helpful to help picking enemies with thick defense. Paired with domi ice, tank heals are reduced for easier kill. Keep doing this and you will be likely stacking up on thunderbelts

Lord Phase

During Lord, do not hit the Lord, instead run around checking bushes to find where the enemies Jungler at. Once you find them, you can hit them using skill 2 for damage and basic attack. By attacking enemies Jungle, you either force enemies jungler to defend and attack you instead, or have enemies flank to help their jungler. Thus giving safe space for your jungler to secure lord. Save skill 1 for emergency run / save. Save ULTI for CC enemies jungler. If by any chance the enemies jungle try to contest retribution, watch the lord HP, then use ulti near the moment where enemies jungler might use retri. This will cc then and make em unable to retri. If by any chance you lost contest, use skill 1 either to run with mate, or help moving fast to mate to secure hero kill.

Late Game - Post 20 minutes

Once you reach late game. Your thunderbelt stack should be at 30+. Sell Queens Wing and change to oracle. This helps you to become more tanky and heal faster inside bush. Shield 1 now will grant you tons of armor. Or depends on situation change to either Pauldron or Blade Armor. Your role is not hit and run now, by this time most enemies hero might already have damage penetration. So your role is to zone, and help teammates by soaking their damage to you. Keep Healing Spring for war or lord. During contest with enemies, when you have a teammate, just use skill 2 combo then skill 3 for securing big damage and armor loss to enemies so your mate can secure the kill. If possible run around map to clear 1 of the 3 minion spawn in order to slowly push enemies lane behind for easier lord space

Xavier aoe can help clear enemies minions for faster clear, so Hilda can get exp and zone faster. Also the skill of xavier can increase speed for faster zoning and slowing and cc enemies from afar. When Hilda almost kill the enemies after using ult, Xavier can snipe the enemies kill from other side of map

Watch Out For Angela
