Overview
Ixia has 2 core item before war, its sea halberd and sky piercer. Make sure to farm both first before join war. She has no escape skill so your positioning and timing is crucial when you engage in war. Be patient, when your opponent have 2 or 3 initiator and wait for the right timing
Strengths
Easy to scale and really strong in lane against most hero, make sure to poke with her first skill and keep your distance.
Weaknesses
Hero with dash or chase skills, mostly fighter like yu zhong or lapu-lapu. She has some difficulty against poking hero in lane like granger
Standard Build
Sea halber, sp, corrosion is a must. You can change malefic gun with malefic roar depending on the situation. Won rosegold and immortal is situational, and for late game you dont need boots, either change it with windtalker or DHS any needed item. BUT make sure u have great position
Lategame Build
Late game build either dhs (for tanky enemy) or windtalker (for glassy) rosegold or won is situational
Standard Build
First talent could be rupture (for tankers) or thrill (if the opponent has less tanky heroes), second talent could be weapon master (most case), master assassin (great laning), or tenacity if your enemy can poke you easily. Third talent mostly warcry but you can adjust it to quantum charge if you need some agility in lane (for ex: against karrie to avoid her wheel)
Battle Spell
Flicker will be the most suitable spell for ixia, use it wisely for her ultimate. Since she has no escape skill, only use flicker with caution. Flicker good for chase or escape as well as pair with her ultimate
Early mid late domination
Make sure to farm sea halberd and sp first, remember that she has no escape or dash skill so play with great position, use ur ultimate not just for kill but backup your team when needed. Dont die in the first 5 minutes if possible, play aggresive in laning phase when youre one on one with enemy gold laner

We all know this combo, basically ixia are good with heallers and tanky team so she can deal massive damage later on
Watch Out For Hanabi

I can say most hero will have difficulty in lane against ixia
