YSS uses Retribution because he is mainly a jungler and needs fast farming to get items and levels quickly. Retribution helps him clear jungle camps faster, secure important objectives like Turtle and Lord, and gives extra utility in fights—especially Ice Retribution, which helps him chase enemies or escape since he is squishy. Without Retribution, YSS falls behind and becomes much weaker.

Focus on clearing buffs and jungle camps quickly, secure the first Turtle with Retribution, and use Ultimate to scout enemies or assist lanes. Mid Game (Power Spike Phase) Start joining team fights and ganks after getting core items. Target squishy heroes, use Skill 1 to reposition, and activate Ultimate to provide vision before objectives. Late Game (Carry Phase) Play safely and deal burst damage from the right position. Focus on enemy backliners, help secure Lord, and use Ultimate for vision and finishing low-HP enemies.
