If your spell is inspire maximize taking your enemy to the wall using your second skill then use your inspire this will get you a high chance of killing the enemy and an advantage of gold plate in turret. Tip:Always play safe if you're in gold lane, marksman can easily killed. (Sorry for my English HAHA)
