Overview
In cecilian i prepare using the rotation MTF (Mid To farm) stocking strategy in early stages because it's focused on stocking rather than fighting because what i said in hero weakness cecilion weak against early stages but my advice you can start participating in team fight if you have a 100 stocks and using common emblem because it gives you large amount of mana regent last
Strengths
Cecilion is mid to late game hero so i advice in the early stages of the game focus in stocking instead of fighting depends on you but always help on securing objective and while securing objectives you can use your ultimate so you can have more stock
Weaknesses
Cecilion is weak in early stages and burst type heroes that can easily get closer to cecilion
Early to mid
I use this equipment setup because you only need one core item to start getting stuck much faster
Countertank hero
I use this emblem against tank hero you can clearly see that i remove clock of destiny on my item and replace it to genius one because i have my flicker and ice queen wand i can easily poke tanki hero without them getting closer to me because of the slow of the ice queen wand
Mid to late game
I prefer this emblem setup because it's help me stock more faster because it have mana regen plus the bonus of max hp preventing you to get taken down in early stages in batgain hunter it's help you build item much faster especially if you snowball in early stages but you can change it to tenacity if the enemy hero is burst
Counterburst hero
It is same on my first emblem but a change the bargain hunter to tenacity
Battle Spell
Flicket can help you escape or chase the enemy, but i advise using flicker only in escaping on early stages because cecilion is weak at that time
Early stages
In the early stages, focus on stocking rather than team fight. You can help secure objectives and use your ultimate so you can have much more stock and early stages. You must have 100 stock before the mid stages
Mid stages
In middle stages you can help on team fight but i advise if you are helping until fight always get in the backlight so you don't get burst by the enemy and you should have 200 stock before the late game
Late stages
In mid game to late game stages cecilion is starting to have damage but the only advice i will give you is to have discipline and don't get to greedy to kill because it is late stages the dead count is too long
