War axe is the most important for fighter lukas bcz it increases your spell vamp and hunter strike increases your cd. Queen's wings has the same effects as the ones i mentioned and you can change the last two equipments based on your enemies

Spell vamp helps you to use your first skill and lukas's most damage comes from his first skill and also you can escape from fights using your second skill faster in case you hp is really low and adaptive attack help you to deal more damage
Battle Spell
In team fights, vengeance is really important if you have built damage and it is a good counter for marksmen and you last longer in fights

If your team doesn't have a tank, you should be the tank and start the team fights and deal as much damage as you can and also lukas has cc immunity in his first skill and ult so don't panic if they have cc but don't pick lukas if they have argus bcz lukas doesn't have much mobility and can't escape from argus if he uses his ult. Lukas's life steal is good so you last longer compared to others and also he has cc in his first skill so use it on the crowded enemies

Thamuz's life steal is good and also he is tanky and deals true damage so since lukas has to be close to deal any damage he has to fight face to face bcz if that he really struggles against him
