Ixia is somewhat strong in early you just need to last hit the minion wave until your level 4 then you can start dominating in your lane

This build is good for ixia as she dont need much movement because this items will give her enough mobility in fights and can shred enemy's at the same time

This is a burst emblem set for ixia to exceed in fights
Battle Spell
Flicker is essential for ixia as she can reposition herself while using ult to dominante
Early to late game
Just be careful until you reach level 4 and always last hit kinions when you know your ahead of your enemy

If atlas sets ixia just 3rd skill then theyre gone
Watch Out For Granger

Granger can dash and move away from ixias ult and granger has a bigger range than ixia so yeah
