Estes is a super healer with a wide rage 4 player heal on both 1st and 3rd skill.

As what you need with the emblem, you will also want to utilized Estes's skill and also add mobility and defense to last longer in clashes.
Speed and Cooldown
If you will use estes, you will need mobility to be able to adjust position to heal everyone and cooldown reduction to utilize his skills.
Battle Spell
It is recommended to provide more healing, but you can use mobility spells also like Flicker, Sprint and anti-crowd control like purify.
Roaming
As a roamer you could help the jungler to farm faster. You could also peak on enemies jungle to gain coin(roamer can get coin if you encounter enemy heroes on their jungle). Then you could provide help on lanes that you are needed the most. But I suggest to help the exp laner so he could help on the turtle fight. Then you could rotate to the MM to provide assistance for him for have a gap in gold earned..

Any marksman needs a good sustainer and tanker, but ixia as a non-moving hero on her 3rd skill that makes her an easy target for enemy, it is excellent to partner it with estes.
Watch Out For Carmilla

Estes wants his teammates to be in one area while Carmilla utilizes that gathering of enemy together for her 3rd skill. So have a Carmilla enemy puts difficulty on healing teammates.
