Overview

Cecilion is a Mage hero who specializes in dealing high magic damage from long range. His power grows as the match progresses, thanks to his skills scaling with mana, making him especially dangerous in the late game. He excels at poking enemies, controlling team fights, and clearing waves efficiently. However, Cecilion has low mobility and durability, so proper positioning and team support are essential. When protected well, he becomes a powerful backline mage capable of deciding battles with overwhelming damage.

Strengths

Cecilion has extremely high magic damage, especially in the late game, because his skills scale with mana. He has excellent long-range poke, allowing him to damage enemies safely from afar. His skills are effective in team fights, dealing area damage that can hit multiple enemies at once. Cecilion also has strong wave clear, making it easy for him to defend lanes and control the map. With proper positioning, he can continuously pressure enemies and punish those who group together.

Weaknesses

Cecilion has very low mobility and no reliable escape skill, making him an easy target for assassins. He is squishy, meaning he can be killed quickly if caught out of position. He is relatively weak in the early game, as he needs time and items to stack mana and deal maximum damage. Cecilion is also highly dependent on good positioning and team protection, since crowd control and burst damage can shut him down easily.

Battle Spell

Early game (1-8 minutes)

Constantly hit your 1st skill to enemies, minions, creeps, and buffs. Use your ultimate frequently. At the start if the match hell the jungler take the buff using three 1st skill (use three 1st skills if you're using common emblem and two 1st skills if you're using mage emblem) only use your 1st skill 3 times before resetting in the early game (use more in teamfight if needed) at the first turtle fight at around 2 minute mark you should have already reached 50 stacks. At second turtle fight at around 4 minute mark you should have already reached 100 stacks. At around 8 minute mark you should have 200 stack. For every 100 stack you gain the more you can use your 1st skill before resetting. [50 stacks - three 1st skills, 100 stacks - four 1st skill, 200 stacks - four 1st skill before resetting. And so on]

Mid game (8-12 minute)

At this point you need to participate in every teamfight and focus in building your items and further increasing your stacks
