Overview
Sora floats freely as flowing clouds makes the flight, he is currently dominating the meta this season. Shifting into his two forms that aids his power to dominate enemies in his path. Now, as Sora continues his journey to this season, we should know how to use him properly to rule the battlefield.
Strengths
Sora accumulates power mid to late game, because of his passive. His passive activates when you use his ultimate, Thunder converts HP into Physical Attack while Torrent converts Physical Attack into HP. So take note that building the right item makes him powerful.
Weaknesses
Sora's weakness is visible when you didn't target your ultimate to the enemy properly. Making it useless in teamfight. Number one tip when using sora, is to maximize your ultimate and make sure to hit your target properly.
Sora's Hybrid Build
Considering his passive playstyle, Hybrid Build suits sora the best. He needs a balance of HP, Physical Attack, Cooldown Reduction and Movement Speed to maximize his full potential. TAKE NOTE: When you enter the Thunder Form, only a portion of the HP (30% x 10%) you gain from Oracle will be temporarily converted to ATK, which means the remaining stats of the item will still be active while in thunder form. (As well as the other tiems function)
Sora's Dashing Emblem
Choosing the right emblem makes you pull yourself together, to significantly reduce the battle spell cooldown. Temporal Reign is a game changer, this allows users to us 1st skill and 2nd skill smoothly right after casting sora's ultimate.
Battle Spell
When choosing battle spells, I prefer using Flicker the most. As his second skill is useful when chasing down enemies, but not for escaping. Because you should reserve the second skill for the right opportunity and you can even scale it and use it three times. So flicker is reserved for escaping crowd control and ambushes.
MID GAME
Sora in this stage, can turn the game around. Gaining his skills and his core items makes him superior and threat to his enemies. Because having the first two items makes him powerful in this stage.
LATE GAME
Here is where Sora is now unstoppable, smashing enemies with his full item build and fully upgraded skills. He can easily dominate squishy heroes and even tanky heroes with his combo 3rd - 2nd - 1st depending on his transformation. BUT take note, you should wait for the great opportunity before chasing in.

Watch Out For Minsitthar
100% counter win rate
Sora's powerspike lies purely on his ultimate. Therefore, playing against a Minsitthar will give him a hard time scaling his skills. Because of minsitthar's ultimate, he can shred sora and prevent him from using his skills.
