Overview

Passive (Power of Einherjar): Basic attacks generate Sacred Orbs (which now also regenerate automatically out of combat). Orbs grant attack speed and are consumed to empower skills. Skill 1 (Leap of Faith): Freya leaps to a target, dealing damage and pulling enemies toward the center while gaining a shield. Skill 2 (Spirit Combo/Valkyrie Slash): The core of her kit. She dashes forward to deal damage and slow enemies. In 2025, this skill has no fixed cooldown but consumes Sacred Orbs for each cast, allowing for continuous spamming if orbs are managed well. Ultimate (Valkyrie Descent): Freya transforms into a Valkyrie, gaining a massive shield, increased attack range, and enhanced basic attacks that splash

Strengths

Early Game: Freya is exceptionally strong at level 1-2. Use Skill 2 aggressively to zone opponents and secure early kills. Focus on "zoning" the enemy EXP laner away from minion experience. Mid Game: Once you have core items like Corrosion Scythe or Berserker's Fury, participate in turtle fights. Use her high burst to target back line mages and marksmen. Late Game: While powerful, Freya is vulnerable to heavy Crowd Control (CC). Tactics: Wait for the enemy to expend their CC skills before initiating with your Ultimate. Combo: Ultimate Skill 1 (to close gap/CC) Skill 2 & Basic Attack spam. Use Skill 1 to chase if the enemy attempts to blink away.

Weaknesses

crowd control (CC), especially stuns and knock-ups that interrupt her combos, her reliance on stacking her passive for damage, and her limited range

Burst

Tough Boots: For CC reduction. Corrosion Scythe: To slow enemies and stack attack speed. Sky Piercer: To execute low-HP targets early. War Axe/Hunter Strike: For physical penetration and cooldown reduction. Malefic Gun/Sea Halberd: For penetration or to counter enemy healing. Rose gold for defense

Exp or jungler

For maximum impact, use the Custom Assassin Emblem to boost adaptive penetration and movement speed. Tier 1 Thrill/Rupture Use Thrill for adaptive attack to pressure lanes early, or Rupture for penetration against tanker lineups. Tier 2 Weapons Master Seasonal Hunter Weapons Master increases stats from items (ideal for EXP lane). Switch to Seasonal Hunter if playing as a Jungler for faster objective clearing. Tier 3 Killing Spree Quantum Charge Killing Spree provides HP regen and movement speed after a kill, perfect for team fight sustainability.

Battle Spell

Flicker: Essential for EXP Lane to chase or escape, as she lacks reliable disengage once committed.

Freya's abilities and key phases are: Passive Skill: Power of Einherjar - This passive allows her to generate and use "Sacred Orb" stacks to enhance her other skills. Skill 1: Leap of Faith - Freya ju

Freya is a hyper-carry who excels in sustained fights by managing her Sacred Orb stacks and leveraging her attack speed buffs and crowd control. Success with Freya depends heavily on playing aggressively and mastering her unique ability-auto attack synergy. Laning Precautions Mind your range: Freya's standard basic attacks have limited range. Be mindful of long-range poke from enemy heroes, as this can make laning difficult. Manage Orb Stacks: Utilize her passive by using basic attacks in between skills to regenerate Sacred Orbs. This ensures you have stacks ready for your next ability rotation or escape. Prioritize Wave Clear: In the early game, use your second ability (Spirit Combo / Pulse) to clear minion waves efficiently. This helps prevent the enemy from pushing you under your tower and allows you to farm safely. Be Wary of Ganks: Freya is vulnerable to jungle ganks before she has her ultimate or appropriate escape items/spells. Maintain good vision and position yourself on the opposite side of the minion wave from your opponent to make ganks more difficult for the enemy. Avoid Extended Fights Early (Without Ultimate): While Freya thrives in sustained fights, her ultimate (Valkyrie Descent) is a massive power spike that provides a shield, bonus damage, and ranged basic attacks. Without it, be cautious in all-ins against heroes with stronger early game burst. Team Fight Strategies Timing is Everything: Wait for the right moment to engage. If you jump in too early, you risk being locked down by heavy crowd control and burst down instantly. Initiate with Ultimate: Activating your ultimate (Valkyrie Descent) before or immediately upon engaging provides a large shield, CC immunity, and turns your basic attacks into ranged splash damage, allowing you to survive the initial burst and deal massive area damage. Target Back lin Squishies: Your primary goal in team fights is to eliminate the enemy's high-damage, low-health targets (ADCs and Mages). Use your Leap of Fai

Best With Diggie

100% co-op win rate

Freya and Diggie combo is a powerful and popular strategy in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, often referred to as a "dark system" or "IQ combo," due to its ability to neutralize enemy crowd control and allow Freya to dominate team fights. The core of the combo relies on the synergy between their Ultimate skills. Combo Description The combo works by: Freya initiating a fight with her high burst damage and close-combat skills. Diggie ensuring Freya remains unstoppable during her assault by providing crucial control immunity at the critical moment. How to Execute the Combo Freya's Initiation: Freya uses her Ultimate, Valkyrie State, to gain shield and full Sacred Orb stacks, preparing her for battle. She then dives into the enemy backline or the middle of a team fight using her first skill, Leap of Faith, which deals damage and pulls enemies together, potentially airborne for a brief moment. Diggie's Counter: The enemy team will immediately attempt to use their own crowd control (stun, suppress, knock-up, etc.) to stop Freya's assault. Diggie's Ultimate Activation: The Diggie player must have quick reflexes to activate their Ultimate, Time Journey, as soon as the enemy unleashes their CC abilities. This skill removes all debuffs from nearby allied heroes (including Freya) and grants them control immunity and a shield for 3 seconds. Freya's Rampage: With control immunity active, Freya is free to spam her second skill, Valkyrie Slash, weave in basic attacks, and continue her relentless attack without being interrupted by enemy abilities. Why It Works Crowd Control Immunity: Freya is a powerful but potentially vulnerable hero if locked down by CC. Diggie's Ultimate completely negates this weakness, allowing her to utilize her full damage output. Aggressive Synergy: The combo encourages an aggressive playstyle. Freya can confidently dive deep into enemy territory knowing she has a safety net against immediate retaliation. Disruption: Diggie is an excellent disruptor who can

Watch Out For Angela

100% counter win rate

The Freya and Angela combo in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) creates an almost unkillable, highly aggressive duo. Angela attaches to Freya, providing massive shields, healing, and vital crowd control, allowing Freya to sustain aggressive frontline engagements and maximize her damage output without fear of being burst down. Why the Combo Works Ultimate Synergy: Angela uses her ultimate, Heartguard, to possess Freya, instantly providing a large shield and bonus movement speed to Freya. Once attached, Angela can use her skills from Freya's location, offering continuous support. Sustainability & Durability: Freya is an aggressive warrior who needs to get close to enemies. Angela provides the necessary healing and shields to keep Freya alive through intense team fights, counteracting Freya's relatively low base HP/defense for a frontline hero. Enhanced Crowd Control (CC): Freya has significant CC (airborne, slow). When combined with Angela's Puppet-on-a-String (Skill 2), which can immobilize targets, the duo can lock down high-priority enemy heroes, preventing them from escaping or engaging effectively. Map Presence: Angela's global ultimate allows her to join Freya in a fight anywhere on the map, turning a potential gank into a winning 2vX engagement. Execution and Strategy Initiation: Freya initiates the fight using her ultimate, Valkyrie Descent, to gain initial Sacred Orbs, a shield, and deal splash damage. Angela Joins: Angela attaches to Freya using Heartguard as Freya dives into the enemy backline. Lockdown and Burst: Freya uses her first skill, Leap of Faith, to jump to a target area and pull enemies in, while Angela immediately uses Puppet-on-a-String to slow and eventually immobilize the key targets. Sustained Aggression: While Angela continuously heals and shields Freya, Freya spams her second skill, Valkyrie Slash, weaving in basic attacks to regenerate Sacred Orbs and maintain consistent damage and mobility. Peel and Chase: If enemies try to run, Angela'
