If you can harras you enemy then harass it but still play safe and watch the map always
Strengths
Always use 1st skill to make damage on enemy and having extra movement speed and much better if you combine it with 2nd skill
Weaknesses
Ixia weakness was hero like single ambushed or any heroes that can surprise Ixia while in her ultimate state or ambushed on her lane
No exception build for (tank & squishy) heroes
By having Haaa' claws will make Ixia Stronger and sustainable and having Demon Hunter Sword to penetrate high HP heroes and sky Piercer to make squishy enemy heroes eliminate quickly

Selecting this will give Ixia's enemies a burst damage and slow at the same time

To reach enemies while on her Ult and avoid enemies if threaten
Skill Mastery
By aiming you first skill to dominate the early game and escape easily by giving you movement speed. And learn to cancel Ult bc this will save you life
