Strengths
1 No ultimate cooldown. He can use his enhanced skills very often. 2. Strong combos. He can burst squishy heroes fast. 3. Strong early and mid game. He wins many 1v1s and early fights. 4. Good sustain. Enhanced Skill 2 gives spell vamp and lifesteal. 5. Good mobility. Skill 3 and Skill 2 help him chase or escape.
Weaknesses
1. Weak if you miss your skill combo. Missing one skill lowers damage. 2. Struggles late game vs very tanky heroes like Uranus, Fredrinn, Barats. 3. Requires timing and skill usage. Not beginner friendly. 4. Weak to crowd control like stuns and silences.
Jungle build
1. Bloody Retribution Good choice. This helps Julian steal HP from enemies and deal more damage in fights. This is the best jungle spell for him. 2. Feather of Heaven This item gives attack speed + magic damage per basic attack. Important: Julian does not rely on attack speed or basic attacks. Feather of Heaven is not very good on him because he deals most damage from his skill combos, not auto attacks. So avoid Feather of Heaven. 3. Windtalker Very bad for Julian. Windtalker is for heroes that need attack speed and crit (MM or basic attack assassin). Julian is skill-based, so Windtalker does nothing for him. 4. Holy Crystal Very good item. Increases burst and scaling. This is perfect for Julian late game. 5. Glowing Wand Very good. This matches his continuous magic damage. Glowing Wand burns the enemy over time and works perfectly with his Skill 2 and combos.

Battle Spell: Best spell depends on the role: Jungle: Retribution (bloody retribution is best for damage and sustain) Mid lane: Flameshot or Execute Side lane: Execute (good kill pressure)
Best With Khufra
100% co-op win rate
Khufra can stun and hold enemies in place. This lets Julian use his full combo safely and deal maximum damage.
Watch Out For Thamuz
100% counter win rate
Thamuz is melee and needs to stay close to deal damage. Julian can poke from distance, burst fast with his skills, and heal with skill 2. If Thamuz tries to fight alone, Julian can escape or keep hitting him while staying safe.
