Defensive with Shield
This can be helpful for Lolita to cast shield and recover nearby allies HP. Because Flash of the Oasis is in the build, it adds healing effect and and shield if the target has a low HP.
Rotation and Defense
I choose this emblem set for Lolita for her advantages. First, she needs additional movement speed to rotate in the map. Second is the Pull Yourself Together, it helps to reduce her battle spell and those active equipments cooldown including her active skills. And last is the Concussive Blast, it deals magic damage to nearby enemies.
Battle Spell
Revitalize will be helpful to Lolita because she provides shields to her enemy whenever she's activating her passive "Noumenon Energy Core." And also, it provides wide healing to nearby allies to recover some loose health points. You can also use flicker depending on the situation during the draft pick mode.
Teamfight Initiator
When Lolita have those items, she can easily set using her Ultimate to stun enemies with the combination of her first or second skill for depending on the situation in the battlefield.
Counter DPS Damage Dealers
Lolita can protect her nearby allies and herself using her second skill to counter some DPS enemy heroes damage dealers like Claude, Kimmy, Irithel, Bruno and Miya.

Lolita provides a crowd control which is stun for a second and when it casted, Kadita will dive and initiate using her combination skills using first skill to dive in, second skills for additional knocking airborne, and lastly the ultimate to dive into the ground and burst enemy.
