Overview
Freya is a fighter who is like a flying, electric wrecking ball—she is tough and hits very hard! You play her in the side lane (EXP Lane) or in the jungle. Her main goal is to use her ultimate power-up to become invincible for a moment, fly over to the enemy's weakest heroes (like the shooters or mages), and knock them up and quickly defeat them. She needs to keep attacking to get special "Orbs" to make her skills stronger, so she is always running forward and hitting things.
Strengths
Freya is amazing because she is a bully early in the game. She can beat almost anyone in a one-on-one fight right away. When she uses her Ultimate (her biggest skill), she gets a massive shield that lets her jump right under enemy towers without dying. She has lots of jumps and knock-up skills, which means she can easily chase down fleeing enemies and stop them from escaping or attacking your team. She is perfect for rushing the enemy and starting the fight for your team.
Weaknesses
The biggest problem with Freya is that she is useless when her Ultimate is cooling down—she becomes very weak and easy to kill. She can also be stopped easily by heroes who have long-lasting Stuns or Cages (called "Hard CC"). If you get hit by a long stun, her shield melts, and she dies before she can fight back. Also, if you run out of her special "Orbs," her skills become weak, so you always have to be careful not to waste them or miss your attacks.
diving build
Freya builds items that mix high Physical Damage with crucial Defense to survive her aggressive dives. Start with Tough Boots for protection against stuns. Her main power comes from Blade of Despair (for high attack) and Endless Battle (for healing and True Damage). You must include Oracle because it makes the protective shield from her Ultimate much, much larger. Finish the build with defensive items like Dominance Ice (to stop enemy healing/speed) and Malefic Roar to melt down tanks.
Diving
Freya always chooses the Fighter Emblem because it makes her a self-healing tank when she is attacking. The talents give her extra damage, which makes her big Ultimate shield even stronger, and more importantly, she gets constant healing from the Festival of Blood talent every time she hits an enemy with a skill. Best of all, the main talent, Brave Smite, gives her a free mini-shield every single time she uses her stun or knock-up skills, making her nearly impossible to stop when she dives into the enemy team.
Battle Spell
Flicker is very good to do quick flight or make a suprise attack to enemy
Mid Game Slayer
This is when Freya gets her Ultimate (Level 4) and her first two main damage items (Blade of Despair and Endless Battle). She is nearly impossible to stop here because her shield is huge, her damage is massive, and most enemies haven't finished enough defense items to counter her yet. This is when she can easily snowball the game, securing the Turtle and winning every team fight.
Best With Angela
100% co-op win rate
Angela is Freya's best friend because her Ultimate skill jumps onto Freya and gives her a massive, instant second shield. This makes Freya practically unkillable when she dives the enemy, guaranteeing kills and safe escapes.
Watch Out For Minsitthar
20% counter win rate
Minsitthar is the worst enemy because his Ultimate skill creates a golden cage that completely stops Freya from jumping. Since Freya needs to jump to use her powerful combos, the cage leaves her frozen and helpless for the enemy team to easily kill.
